# 激活

> 激活已申请成功的 Visa 卡。

## 接口信息

## 请求参数

| `timestamp` | `integer` | 是  | Unix 秒级时间戳，参与请求验签 |

## 字段规则

* 卡片必须属于当前商户。
* 卡片申请状态必须为申请成功。
* 卡片本地状态必须为待激活；已激活或状态异常会返回错误。
* 激活流程会生成内部业务流水并扣除激活相关保证金。
